Step 1: Set Up Your Organization

Go to Organizations in the sidebar

Click "Add Organization" and fill in name, type, sport, city, state, and website

Add your logo URL and governing body (e.g., USAV, USSSA, NFHS)

Note your Organization ID — it links to teams and portals

Use your full legal organization name for compliance records, and a short name (abbreviation) for display throughout the platform.
